Overview Many ICE detention facilities provide detained aliens with tablets that allow for a range of activities including, but not limited to, video visitation, messaging, law library research applications and entertainment applications. ICE has contracted with Talton to provide tablets at select detention facilities. In other locations contractors or county offices may provide separate tablet programming.
